"Nakupenda" - a Swahili phrase that means "I love you".

AI Overview

Bob Proctor taught that music is a direct manifestation of vibration and frequency, capable of instantly shifting your emotional state, changing your energy, and aligning you with the law of vibration to attract what you desire.

The Core Concept of Vibration

  • Everything is Energy: Proctor frequently emphasized that the universe operates on motion and frequency, and music is one of the clearest, most tangible examples of vibration affecting the physical body.

  • Shifting Feelings: Because feelings equal vibration, listening to specific music can immediately alter your internal frequency.

  • Law of Attraction: You attract things that harmonize with your current frequency. Changing your personal tune or mental state via an external medium like music helps shift what you draw into your life.

Practical Application

  • Conscious Choice: Choosing uplifting or positive audio tracks acts as a simple tool to govern your mental state rather than letting outside circumstances dictate your mood.

  • State Control: Music serves as a fast track to raise a low emotional baseline into a peaceful or inspired state of mind.

The Abraham-Hicks radio station analogy explains that you cannot hear a specific broadcast unless you tune your radio to its exact frequency. Similarly, your thoughts and emotions act like a transmission dial; you only experience life conditions and realities that match the vibrational frequency you are currently tuned into.

Core Principles of the Metaphor

  • Frequency Matching: Different emotional states represent different stations. Joy, appreciation, and clarity broadcast on a high frequency, while lack, worry, and anger broadcast on a low frequency.

  • No Need to Fight Static: When you dislike what you hear on a radio station, you do not yell at the radio or try to manually clear out the bad music frequency. You simply turn the dial to a new station, and the old frequency fades away automatically.

  • Allowing vs. Struggling: You change your life experience by shifting your attention to a better-feeling thought rather than aggressively trying to fix or fight unwanted circumstances.

"When our human life was created on this planet it was decided to give this beautiful place a creature with intelligence and free will. To see what he would do with it.

There are very few planets in the universe that were allowed free will. I have explored some of these in my other books. But another rule was the prime directive of non-interference. This is often spoken of in the "Star Trek" series, but it is not fiction. It is very real and is carefully followed by all the space people.

This means they are not allowed to interfere with the development of civilization. They have said that there was only one exception to this rule, and that was if the civilization were to get to a point that it could destroy this planet. Then they were allowed to step in and stop it because if we were to do something like that it could have reverberations throughout the galaxy.

They are afraid of us, afraid of what we could do with our violence.

This is the main reason they have been watching us for so many eons. The reverberations could spread throughout the solar system, the galaxy and even other dimensions where we would be interfering and destroying other civilizations unknown to us.

I know now through my work that many civilizations down through time have been destroyed. "They" have told me that each time they had reached the peak of intellectual knowledge and had perfected their minds to the point that they could do marvelous things. But in each circumstance (including Atlantis) the people had abused their powers and began to do things that were for greed and power rather than the betterment of people.

This present time they didn't want to go down that route again. So in order to keep it from happening again, the call went out for the volunteers to come and help the planet Earth."

My cousin and I run bi-weekly zoom calls with a group of women.

We've spent the past few months healing through the chakras.

The root chakra is about survival. We talked about how trauma is stored in the body and how music such as sound bowls can be used as a tool to release it.

The sacral chakra is about passion, creativity and pleasure. Many of us are blocked here.

The solar plexus talks about self-esteem, personal power and confidence.

The heart chakra is where we seek emotional balance, opening ourselves to love, compassion and forgiveness.

The throat chakra is about using our voice, speaking up for our needs and cultivating effective communication.

This month is the third eye - intuition. How to recognize, interpret and follow it.

These are the homework questions found in our accompanying workbook.

(with my answers)

How do I connect with my intuition and do I trust the inner guidance I receive?

I connect through journalling. I ask questions and set intentions of answers, guidance or communication I would like to receive/channel.

I step away and wait until I feel an impulse. It usually starts with hearing or thinking of a song that sparks my attention. Once I am alone or can zone out (often while housecleaning) I open Spotify and start a new playlist - leading with the first song I thought of.

I let the music play and add in sequence, or as songs come to mind that feel right.

When it feels complete - I listen.

I pay attention to the overall vibe - how am I feeling right now?

I hear the lyrics - do they match the communication I was asking to hear or say?

I started referencing God as my DJ years ago, because I was tired of not hearing back.

I learned, God doesn't come to you.

Whatever it is you want - you must go to it.

And when you ask, God always responds.

What limiting beliefs, distractions, or outside influences cloud my clarity and inner knowing?

Social Media.

I teach our six year old that technology can easily become an addiction to distraction.

When she becomes too attached, I take it away so we can come back to reality.

It doesn't take long for her to find something else to do.

Colour, play with dolls, dress up, etc. Yesterday she cleaned her room and cut old clothes into new outfits.

Sometimes life can be over-stimulating and we need something to distract our minds.

In our home, we use music.

Listening with one earbud - I regulate my nervous system with the music in my ear, while doing the things that need to be done : house work, laundry, cooking, exercising, playing, writing, etc.

When do I feel most aligned, inspired and connected to my inner wisdom?

Outside - I love being in the sun.

Am I taking time for stillness, reflection and practices that help me tune into my intuition?

The week before giving birth I meditated everyday - instructing my body that it was safe and I was ready. She is the most peaceful feeling human I have ever been around. She is 12 days old and I am madly in love with her.

What would change in my life if I fully trusted myself followed my intuition, and lived from my highest vision?

I do trust my intuition - I know what I want to make real.

I see the whole picture - it works out for everyone and all of us are happy.

The hard part is getting other people on the same page.

You can't change others - all you can do is focus on yourself, get your vibe high and hope they will meet you there.

___________

I sat outside on my deck two nights ago crying to my sister.

"I thought this time would be different."

I said,

"I'm just going to focus on how grateful I am to be at home with my kids."

The next day was different.

In order to be in alignment with the thing you want - you must be on the same frequency.

If we think of frequencies like radio stations - when you are listening to a 'top pop hits' channel, you will not hear classic country or heavy metal.

If you want to change the genre, you must tune in to a different station.

Which got me thinking....

YOUR playlist - is your station - your vibe.

If you want to tune into someone else's energy, listen to their music.

Each style of music carries a different feeling. This can be used to embody the feeling you want (like love) or release the feelings you wish to let go (anger, sadness). And it's a great tool to use alongside imagination.

I let my daughter play her music often, because it helps me get to know her, feel her vibe and get some insight as to how she's currently thinking and feeling.

It's a fun way to connect and has become my favourite style of communication.

what does yours sound like?

. . . .

Most people's problem is not that they can't have what they want - it's that they stopped asking.

Many of us learned through childhood that the things we want lead to disappointment

- so we stopped dreaming.

But that's like taking yourself out of the game when it's not over yet.

If you learn and keep going - you can get what you want.

When you think of winning - what does that look like to you?
