Catch me up to speed. What's been on your mind lately, stressing you out or got you stuck?

 

2. CREATE - My aim is to help you understand WHY you are seeing it this way, and guide you towards your own solution.

 

I'm good at seeing the good and will help you get there.

 

 

3. INSTALL - What are you gonna do about it?

 

Together, we'll find an action that feels good for you. Something you can start today, that moves you out of the state of worry and into the realm of resolution. Meaning, once you see the thing that's holding you back, you can change the outcome by doing something different. 

 

It doesn't have to be a big bold move, it just needs to feel that way to you.

 

We're looking for something that challenges you, yet is enough for you to handle. The point here is to give you a win. If you are used to losing we need to move you onto the path of winning.
