The greatest human need is the need for connection. Which makes rejection our strongest fear.

Travelling taught me that the most debilitating aspect of living in the Western world is loneliness. As I listen to client's speak, listing their medications and diagnosed labels, I can't help but wonder how their daily habits are contributing to the feelings they are experiencing.

And it's not our fault. You can't change what you don't know or understand, most of us just don't realize the impact our own thoughts and personal dialogue is having on us. We aren't paying attention because we weren't taught to. We aren't directing our inner world because we didn't know we could. But you can. The way you speak to yourself and the things you tell yourself, about yourself, affects you more than anything else. 

Sometimes, we don't fully realize the things we are saying to ourselves because we are so stuck in it. Talk Therapy is for you to vent those thoughts out loud - no matter how crazy they may be. You will see your own self-language, understand why you feel the way you feel, and together we will break it down. We will upgrade the thought, install a kinder perspective and learn how to take back control; So you begin to become your own best friend and biggest supporter

My job is to remind you that you are capable, deserving and good enough to create whatever life you want.

Your job is to decide what you want.

I'm not here to fix you or even tell you what to do. I'm here to listen, help you to understand your own circumstances and guide you into better feelings thoughts. Your new thought about yourself will inspire new action which will get you on the path towards the life you want. You'll show yourself that you are capable.

Catch me up to speed. What's been on your mind lately, stressing you out or got you stuck?

 

2. CREATE - My aim is to help you understand WHY you are seeing it this way and guide you towards your own solution.

 

I'm good at seeing the good and will help you get there.

 

 

3. INSTALL - What are you gonna do about it?

 

Together, we'll find an action that feels good for you. Something you can start today, that moves you out of the state of worry and into the realm of resolution. Meaning, once you see the thing that's holding you back, you can change the outcome by doing something different. 

 

It doesn't have to be a big bold move, it just needs to feel that way to you.

 

We're looking for something that challenges you, yet is enough for you to handle. The point here is to give you a win. If you are used to losing we need to move you onto the path of winning.
