Hi, I'm Andrea

I'm a writer, wife to my high-school sweetheart, and mom to two girls. I wrote and self-published a book called  Skinny, Pretty, Outgoing and Rich. Then created the Self Love Therapy method. I’m so glad you’re here.

Self Love
Therapy

Writing with music.

The Method

  • Reflect: Explore the thoughts, feelings, and patterns shaping how you see yourself.

  • Create: Get clear on how you want to feel and the person you want to become.

  • Install: Practise that new self-image through music, visualization, journaling, and small daily acts of self-love.

The Self Love Therapy Method

Self Love Therapy is a guided process for building a more supportive relationship with yourself. Through journaling, music, visualization, and small everyday actions, you’ll explore what’s ready to change, get clear on what you want, and begin moving toward it with intention.

  • Reflect: Write freely, notice the thoughts and patterns shaping your experience, and consider new ways of seeing things.

  • Create: Name what you’re ready to release and choose the thoughts, feelings, and experiences you want instead.

  • Install: Use music, visualization, and aligned actions to practise becoming the person you want to be—while staying open to guidance and new possibilities.

This isn’t about being perfect or controlling every outcome. It’s about meeting yourself where you are, focusing on where you want to go, and taking the next step.

Chapter 11

When I felt lonely as a child, I hid in my room and escaped into my imagination. I looked at the world around me and saw the happiest girls with the easiest and most full looking life, had four things in common, they were:

Skinny

Pretty

Outgoing

& Rich

All things I was no where near at the time. With the help of outside influence, I created a belief that to meet this criteria would be my answer to freedom.

I lived in a fantasy world where a perfect life would keep me from feeling rejected, not good enough or that I didn't fit in. It's only once I achieved this self made standard, that I realized I may have avoided rejection, but it also created a barrier to true connection.

Hope you read it!

These are my stories, and the things I've learned.

In the meantime

I'm using my blog like a person journal...

to follow my own experience while writing the next book.
